Dual Containment Fittings, Adaptors & Catchpots
The importance of the fittings and terminations to a flexible dual contained hose installation cannot be overstated. It is why we have an ongoing programme of development of our Double Safe fittings range designed specifically to match the expanding carrier and outer hose options.
A key part of this development is based on the feedback we receive from contractors on the real life installation requirements and issues that you encounter. If there is a problem that needs to be overcome we will work with you to get it resolved whether that is from our current system or requires a bespoke fitting or material to be considered.
Some of our most popular lines are our:-
- Stepped hose tails that allow termination of the carrier and optionally the outer containment.
- Passthrough fittings that allow the outer to be landed on a POA/Pot with the carrier passing into the bund.
- Valves, union, pumps and lance connectors for a neat and easy to install link to key dosing equipment.
- Custom fittings to suit a bespoke termination or installation requirement.
Our standard range is fabricated from Pvc as this gives a wide range of chemical compatibility but we can also offer in PP-H and PVDF for example.
Many of these products are available ex.stock or on short lead times and in most cases come with the clips included to suit the inner & outer hose.
